With more than 25 years of experience in the operation of the Canadian pharmaceutical market, Joan assists major pharmaceutical companies in developing their pricing strategy and preparing submissions to the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB). Based in Ottawa, she leads the Price Regulation Consulting team for IQVIA, providing in-depth analysis, expert advice, and foundational training on the PMPRB’s processes and policies. Joan obtained her bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Queen’s University in Kingston, and her master's in business administration from the University of Ottawa.
